These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NR Links, the digital-menu, ordering and QR/NFC-stand platform operated by NR Links SARL ("NR Links", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By registering, signing in, or using NR Links in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service. If you use NR Links on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. What NR Links provides
NR Links lets a business publish a digital menu and public page, generate QR codes and NFC tags, receive customer orders in a dashboard, and manage its catalog, items, options and media. We provide the software and the infrastructure. We do not operate the business, prepare food, or fulfil orders. We are a tool, not a party to the sale between the business and its customers.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Choose a strong password (at least 12 characters) and never share it.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
4. Subscriptions, pricing and payment
NR Links offers a free Digital Menu plan and paid Ordering plans. Prices are shown in the Platform Console and in the dashboard. Payment is currently handled manually: the owner contacts NR Links through WhatsApp, settles the amount via bank transfer, cash or carte guichet, and NR Links confirms the subscription extension from the admin console.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable, except where required by Moroccan law.
- If payment is not received by the end of the billing period, menu edits and new ordering are automatically paused until the subscription is renewed. The public page remains visible.
- NR Links may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, communicated by email.
5. Business content and intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload — menu descriptions, photos, logos, prices, branding. By using NR Links, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute this content solely to operate the service for you. The NR Links name, software, UI designs and documentation are owned by NR Links SARL and are protected by Moroccan and international copyright law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use NR Links to:
- Publish illegal content, hate speech, or anything that violates the rights of a third party.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the service available to any third party without written agreement.
- Attempt to breach security, probe the infrastructure, or interfere with other tenants' data.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) via the WhatsApp or email features.
- Scrape, mirror or re-brand the public interface to pass NR Links off as another product.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep NR Links available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply security patches or temporarily suspend features without notice when necessary to protect the service or its users. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance by email when possible.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms, fail to pay for a paid subscription, or if the account is linked to fraud, chargebacks or illegal activity. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
NR Links is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet all your requirements, be error-free, or that defects will always be corrected immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, profits, data or goodwill — even if we were advised of their possibility.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Fès, Morocco. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always available at /terms with its effective date.
