Do I need to reprint my QR code when I change my menu?
No. Each code points to NR Links, which decides where to send the customer. To change where a code goes, or to get new codes or NFC cards, contact NR Links.
How do NFC cards work?
Customers tap the card with their phone and your page opens. The NR Links team writes and sends the cards. Taps are counted separately from scans in Analytics.
Why can’t I see some features?
NR Links switches features on for each account. Ask us to add one: it appears on your page and in your dashboard, and your saved content comes back if it was on before.
How does WhatsApp ordering work?
Customers add items from your menu and press “Send on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens on their phone with the full order and table number, ready to send to your number. Payment happens at your counter.
Can I use NR Links if I am not a restaurant?
Yes. Salons, shops, hotels and professionals use the same page, links and codes. The menu becomes a list of services or products, or you can turn it off.
How do I change plan?
Online payment is not connected yet. Contact NR Links and we switch your plan.
